Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.
  • The product is expired.
  • The product was missing from your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and clear images/videos of the issue must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities (we recommend patch testing before use)

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method where applicable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong or damaged item, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund depending on the issue
